ส่วนนี้ มีความจำเป็นที่ต้องแยก แรงงาน และเครื่องจักร ส่วนงาน Pavement หรือส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ชัดเจน รวมทั้ง รายงานที่บันทึก ส่วนงานที่ติดขัดต่างๆ
3. Schedules; Master Schedule (Contract) / Construction Schedule / Remaining Schedule (official as L0171)
ภาพใหญ่คืองานสามารถดำเนินการจนแล้วเสร็จ ตาม Milestone ที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญา แสดงถึงศักยภาพในการดำเนินการ ตามแผนงาน สัญญา ระบุบว่า Road and Paving ของ Process Area แล้วเสร็จภายใน เดือน มี.ค.52 และส่วนใน Offsite Area ระบุเป็น Misc.Works แล้วเสร็จ ภายใน 27 ธ.ค.52
ถึงขณะนี้ เกินเวลาที่ต้องการแล้วมาประมาณ 5 เดือน ซึ่งรวมแผนงานคงเหลือ ที่ประมาณการไว้ 31 ต.ค.52 รวมประมาณ 7 เดือน ในส่วนของ Process Area งานเคลมจะดำเนินการ 3 ส่วนหลัก คือ
ช่วงเวลาตามแผนงานในสัญญา ค่าใช้จ่าย Indirect / Direct Cost for Paving Team ที่ม่สามารถ ทำงานได้เต็มประสิทธิภาพ คิดสัดส่วนเปรียบเทียบ มูลค่างานที่ทำได้
ช่วงเวลา 7 เดือน หลัง แผนงานเดิม ค่าใช้จ่าย Indirect / Direct Cost for Paving Team ที่ม่สามารถ ทำงานได้เต็มประสิทธิภาพ คิดสัดส่วนเปรียบเทียบ มูลค่างานที่ทำได้
ความเสียหายและการซ่อมงาน คิด Actual Cost ค่าใช้จ่าย Indirect / Direct Cost หรือ Dayworks Rate
ส่วนที่มี Quotation ติดตามตามที่ ระบุ ยอดเงินไว้เดิม ถือเป็นงาน ตาม Work Orders
